Where is your office?
I have offices located in Evanston and Chicago/Ravenswood.

I also work at a group counseling practice called Adult & Pediatric Psychology Associates in Oakbrook, IL.

How long will I be in therapy?
In the first session, we will discuss your goals and a time frame for meeting those goals. Some people do not want to decide on a time limit and that is fine too.

How often will I come in?
I will work with you to determine a schedule that fits your needs. While most people come in once per week; others prefer to come in once every other week or once per month.

What are your hours?
I have flexible hours by appointment. Evening appointments are available.

Can I get reimbursed by insurance?
Most people who have PPOs find that they can get reimbursed for a portion of the cost by their insurance.

Can we talk on the phone before the first session?
My number is 773-758-4321. I return calls within 24 hours. I offer a confidential, free phone consultation to discuss the type of counseling you are seeking, to determine if I can meet your needs, and to see if we have a good fit. If we both feel comfortable proceeding, we will schedule an initial appointment.
